“Talons of Dawn” and “Talons of Dusk” are twin embodiments of movement, precision, and power — two falcons captured in perfect symmetry of spirit, each representing the balance between light’s rise and its fading.
Hand-carved from layered hardwoods, these sister sculptures mirror one another in form yet differ in tone and energy. “Talons of Dawn” radiates warmth — golden feathers and amber hues evoking the first light of day. “Talons of Dusk” reflects its counterpart through deeper tones of walnut, indigo, and ember, embodying the calm ferocity of twilight.
Every feather is meticulously sculpted and placed to convey motion and vitality, with outstretched wings that seem to break free from the confines of the wooden circle behind them. Their talons — sharp and poised — symbolize readiness and control, while their unified presence speaks of duality and harmony in the natural cycle.
Together, “Talons of Dawn” and “Talons of Dusk” form a dialogue of light and shadow, power and grace — a twin tribute to the eternal rhythm of flight and time.
